Tina Fey is on the cover of April's InStyle, and inside the magazine she chats about some of the issues facing working moms that she describes in greater detail in her new book Bossypants. She spoke about the challenges of balancing her career with raising her 5-year-old daughter, Alice, and touched on an instance where Gwyneth Paltrow mentioned something similar only to receive a barrage of nasty comments. Tina balanced those heavier topics with some of her characteristic wit in the article, saying of Alice, "Kids are definitely the boss of you. Anyone who will barge into the room while you are on the commode is the boss of you. And when you explain to them that you're on the commode and that they should leave but they don't?
