Are You Excited to See Victoria Beckham on American Idol?

Victoria Beckham arrived at LAX yesterday amid news that she's set to make an appearance as a guest judge during the next season of American Idol. With Paula Abdul leaving the show, Posh is adding the cameo to her list of special roles — including a possible spot in Sex and the City. We see lots of Victoria Beckham out and about, but it's not as common to see her live and in action. So, tell us — are you excited to see her on American Idol?

Yes..Victoria is really funny and when she's judging..she can be quite scary too (just go and look for her moment in the German's Next Top Model)! But I think in this singing contest, she won't be that strict, as singing is not her field anymore, while in GNTM she's strict coz that IS her field - as a model AND a designer - so I think she will be a fun judge in AI.

I like VB much better since she had her boobs redone and she's taking it easy on the fake bake tans. She's very witty. They should put her on the show with Paula as they could be very funny opposite Simon.

every one of you look up some of VB's solo stuff after the Spice Girls, she isn't Christina Aguilera but she has a lovely voice and understands pop music and the music industry -- you aren't part of one of the top-selling groups EVER and not know your chops I think she'll be fantastic.

The addition of Posh could be interesting. She's no more or less qualified to judge singing than Paula was, and perhaps she won't slur her words all the time so we'll actually understand what it is she's saying.

Posh has a fantastic sense of humor. She's really quite witty. Aside from that, Paula will be missed. She was the perfect foil for Simon and the show will suffer without her.

right, b/c paula was more qualified? all paula could do was dance, so i don't know why she was a judge for a singing competition in the first place. i'm not knocking paula, i found her enjoyable enough with all the comic relief she provided, but let's not pretend she was a great talent.

What does she know about music, singing, dancing and entertaining? She was a Spice Girl but does that really demonstrate that she's qualified enough to judge people with real talent? She's irritating beyond words and considering she doesn't do much besides hang around airports in super-fancy clothes, I wish she would get a clue and take a hike!
