Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart ran into a little PR trouble today when a tape was leaked that shows them lounging in the nude with another woman, dethroned beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche. In the video Rebecca talks about being high and the two women take a bath while Eric tapes them.

Apparently a more x-rated version is yet to come, and the couple plans to sue anyone who publishes it. Eric and Rebecca have run into controversy before — most notably when she was involved in a car accident, which killed a young boy in 2001 — though this is some unprecedented territory. So, tell us — are you surprised by this tape?

Ugh, how pathetic. Just when you think you may have stumbled across a normal couple in Hollywood, a tape floats up that shows that they are just your average weird Hollywood couple. It's just all so shallow and sad. The "it's all about me" generation strikes again.

this does seem kind of surprising given that we all think that eric's a golden boy but then again, anything can happen right? i hope that they are able to figure out how to squash all the nonsense pretty quickly. (although to be honest, i'm not sure that they should really stress about it since everyone seems to have tapes or pictures floating around out there.)

To number 38- How would this be ruining their careers? It sure hasn't hurt anyone else that has had one come out so far. I don't see how this is a low point for them either. It's their private lives, they can do whatever they want. I say any excuse to see him without clothes on is good for me..Lol..Stop judging people.
