In case you missed it, Lindsay was arrested for DUI this morning, her second in just three months. Today she apparently returned to an undisclosed rehab facility; this time around it's not Promises. We know that so far her treatment hasn't seemed to put an end to her destructive behavior, but we were still hoping for the best. What do you think - are you surprised that Lindsay got another DUI?
