Alexis Mabille Show at Paris Fashion Week

Love It or Hate It: Bicolored Hair at Paris Fashion Week

Paris Fashion Week is off to a haute start today, with shows from Dior, Christophe Josse, Josephus Thimister, and Alexis Mabille. It's already looking like we've got a wild season ahead for hair if the look at Mabille's show is any indication. The models all had half their hair "dyed" (they were really glue-in hair extensions) in DayGlo hues, from bright pink and blue to this life jacket yellow. The other half of their hair was left natural. It was an interesting look, and definitely a bold choice, but would you ever want to see it come off the runway?

I really hate that shade of yellow on her. Maybe other colours would've worked better.

A bit like a whimsical take on Cruella DeVile. I will pass.

She reminds me of the villain in "Fifth Element". Not for me.

I am still undecided yet the big thing in my area is people with black hair and have either purple or pink in the front of their hair. Who knows it could take off and we all join in.

Ridiculous, isn't it time designers make MEN suffer as they have women (ie:platform stilettos).
