They canceled my order without reason, and I asked their customer service what happened. (see blog) I ordered something from Sephora with the same card and they delivered a week later. Stila said they would look into it and never got back to me. I called once and they ignored me again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don't think I've ever been treated so badly, and they were supposed to be Christmas presents too :( I will never order from them again, no matter how cheap the merchandise is on sale. It's not worth it if the company doesn't care about its customers when something goes wrong. I'm not saying don't buy from them, but just be aware that if something goes wrong, they won't take care of you at all. emalove 7 years I ordered a couple of things last time and then I got an email yesterday telling me they were having ANOTHER sale!
