Generic can be good, but not every store-brand product translates well. Despite having an attractively low price, Walgreens' triple-blade razors ($4.99) were a great disappointment. The ergonomically clumsy design makes them hard to hold at the proper angle, and the razor missed bits of hair — but left a few nicks instead. Next time, we're going back to the brand name.
