I think I'll just stick to the scrub I use now, Clinique Sparkle Skin Exfoliator. It works well.

I agree that baking soda really is the best exfoliator -- and super cheap. I don't really understand why the ingredients in the buffer matter when it's their physical properties (ie, grain size) that matter. Will the ingredient have an effect on your face if it's only buffing it for a minute? It's not like it's being applied and allowed to sink in. I love Bobbi Brown, but her stuff is overpriced. I'll still get sucked in on some things, but this seems like an easy one to resist.

I bought the Body Shop version many years ago. I didn't really like it.

In my opinion, this is a waste of money. Baking soda does the exact same thing.

Oh I definitely have a slight addiction to exfoliators and I am for sure adding this to my list of things to buy with my next paycheck :) Thanks Bella!!

I haven't tried this product, but at $40 I think I'll stick with sugar as my exfoliant. It works great and is natural!

thanks for reviewing this! I have been curious about it since I saw it. I currently have their exfoliating cream wash but like how you can combine this with your everyday cleanser.

aw I love the little jar. What an innovative product! Don't think I'll be spending $40 on an exfoliator, though, haha

Dr. Martello Skin Essentials Buffing Grains is the same darn thing and they sell it at Walgreens for 21.00 dollars. I love Bobbi Brown makeup but her skincare is overpriced.

Thanks for the review! I saw this a few months ago, but was a bit skeptical. I need to exfoliate at least 3 times a week and I love that this would allow me to mix it with my cleanser so I only need to do one step

Japanese Adzuki - I remember The Body Shop used to have a similar product I wonder if they still do.

This is great stuff! It works lovely. I received a sample some months back and this is on my list of items to purchase. Oh....and you only need a little! I stretched a tiny sample packet out for about 2 weeks (not using it everyday).

This sounds great! I'm curious though... $40 does seem like a lot of money for an exfoliator, how long would you figure a jar of these would last? Do you need to use a lot of them each time for it to work well or is only a bit needed to get good results?
