At last night's Women in Hollywood dinner hosted by Elle, the A-list crowd was out in full force, and the ladies celebrated each other with some gorgeous hair and makeup. It seems the winning beauty trend of the night was the ponytail seen on Emmy Rossum, Lake Bell, and Naya Rivera, to name a few. At a close second was the classic chignon, which was the style of choice for Reese Witherspoon  and Marion Cotillard among others.
