Debbie Gibson Goes '80s at the Take Me Home Tonight Premiere

Deborah Gibson Relives Her Makeup Past: Love It or Hate It?

Debbie — ahem, DeborahGibson showed up to the Take Me Home Tonight premiere wearing a look reminiscent of her glory days, sporting electric blue shadow, hot pink lips, and awesome mall hair. Granted, the premiere was '80s-themed, so we can't assume that Deborah rocks this look every day, but still, it's an over-the-top look that begs the question: do you love or hate this blast from the past?

For this particular setting, I love it. Obviously it's not an everyday look, but if you're going to go '80s, might as well go all out.

It's good when we can all look back and laugh at our old [beauty] mistakes.

This is absolutely fine for an 80s themed premiere, but in any other setting I would not be a fan.

Oh, it's an '80s themed premiere. Then it's fine since it really does look '80s.

Since it isn't the '80s anymore this looks clownish. I think here the general rule applies here: pick eyes or lips, not both. The lips and eyes on their own look fine, even fun, but together it clashes.
