After preparing the skin, he applied Double-Wear Light foundation with fingertips; the rest of the skin was bare, with no blush or contouring. The strong eyes incorporated bronze, deep teal, and deepest navy shadows, all of which will be part of Estee Lauder's Fall makeup collection. Along with TurboLash, Pecheux used Double Wear Stay-in-Place eye pencil in Midnight Blue to define eyes. A light dusting of the bronze shadow along the lower lash line helped brighten the look. On lips, he applied Pure Color Crystal Lipstick in Crystal Beige, adding just a dab of the bronze shadow for extra color.
While the eye makeup was bold, the hair was wispy. "It's textured hair, but it's not dry and hard," lead stylist Orlando Pita said of the ethereal runway look. "It feels very soft." To create the look, he worked styling cream through hair before generously spraying Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray underneath. The end result was a puffed-out style that seemed to float as models hit the runway.
