Do You Sign Up on Waiting Lists?

I've been eyeing this Sephora by OPI nail polish in Metro Chic ($9) for enough time that the Sephora employees probably recognize me every time I skulk in to see if it's back in stock. It never is — my Sephora spies tell me that demand has far outreached the supply — but I keep looking. And yet, I won't sign up for a waiting list. Too much commitment. When it comes to beauty products, will you sign up on a waiting list, or do you take your chances?

I was wondering the same thing Lizlee. Do you have to buy it when it comes in? I've never done it and probably wouldn't unless I had to have something.

I've never done it before, but I would if I really wanted something - I don't get the big deal though - do you have to make some kind of commitment or something?

I would put myself on the waiting list if I absolutely loved the product.

I signed up for the waiting list before metro chic came out and got my hands on it before they even had it at sephora stores.

Yup I do. No shame in my game.

Yes, I am especially swayed if it comes to makeup.

I've never done it before, but if it was something that I had to have, sure, why not??

I've signed up for many a waiting list, that way I'm guaranteed a product, instead of having my hopes dashed and my time wasted.

I actually was able to score this color at my local Sephora's also! It is worth waiting for! I did sign up on a waitling list to receive notice when the Robertson Polish collection by Chanel would be available online. Still, no sign of that!

OMG Bella, I also love this color; but I couldn't quite pull the trigger when I saw it in the store. For what it's worth, they've got it in stock at the Sephora on Chestnut street! :)

I went to my Sephora on one of the first days they came out with this collection. I grabbed Metro Chic and Opening Night. I guess people in my area aren't as trendy as they are in yours? :PI can honestly say that I've never been put on a wait list for any kind of cosmetics, although, if I really wanted something that much I wouldn't be opposed to it.
