Do You Wear Antiperspirant or Deodorant?

What's Your Underarm M.O.?

People have widely varying philosophies when it comes to covering their underarm stank. Some slather on the antiperspirant, some only use deodorant, and the bravest souls go totally without. Everyone has their reasons for feeling the way they do, and people tend to feel very strongly about their choice. Which group are you in, and why?

Antiperspirant. Dove's Fresh line is both an antiperspirant and deodorant. It's never failed me! :)

I'm with Skigurl. I don't use anything either, as I'm allergic to most skin products. My eczema gets triggered.Truthfully, I don't need it. My underarms are waxed and hairless, and I have good hygiene.

Mind you that I'm just 23, but I've been using Teen Spirit since I was sixteen.

I am one stinky girl, so I use Degree Antiperspirant and Deodorant combined! My husband is allergic to antiperspirant so he just uses a deodorant. I'm really interested in the natural deodorants though, I worry about the aluminum in the AP's, but I really need them!

I picked deodorants. I don't want to prevent my body from cooling itself off naturally via antiperspirants; but, I don't want to stink.

I'm not picky when it comes to deodarant. I buy whatever is on sale. Though I do try to use mild or non-scent deodarants.

***No deodorant or antiperspirant... yuck! I use a product I purchased when I was in a little bath shoppe in London - it uses essential oils - but the main ingredients are lavendar and witch hazel. Very effective, lovely scent and moisturizing to the underarm area. :nerdgirl:

I use Lynx mens anti perspirant. Mostly because ladies roll-ons just kark it after a few hours and spray on's hurt when you've just removed unsightly pit hair!

Deodorant. I used to use antiperspirant and it seriously made all the underarms on my shirts yellow. Plus, I don't like the idea of shoving aluminum into my body. Now I use natural deodorants and am having great success. My favorite so far is made by Nature's Gate.
