With a face like Cara Delevingne as the biggest model in fashion right now, it makes sense that top beauty pros and designers would be putting emphasis on eyebrows. Backstage beauty for Spring 2015 was definitely a bit minimal — dewy, highlighted skin and naturally textured hair — but experts really went there when it came to arches. We saw eyebrows completely studded with faux piercings at Rodarte, brightly colored strands at Badgley Mischka, a glossy, wet look at Thakoon, and bleached ones at Alexander Wang. Scroll through to see more of these jaw-dropping looks and score tips on how real girls can copy these runway styles. Source: IMAXTREE

Rainbow-colored hair is nothing new, but vibrant brows? Well, that's a horse brow of a different color! At the Badgley Mischka show, Tom Pecheux for MAC Cosmetics applied highly pigmented eye shadow on top of arches to create this eye-catching look. If you have really dark hair, we suggest going over your brows with a big white pencil like this one first, so the shade stands out. Swipe a clear brow gel on top, and finish by patting on eye shadow with an angled brush. Clean up any fallen residue with a Q-tip dabbed in makeup remover.

For the second season in a row, Alexander Wang showcased models with bleached eyebrows on his runway (perhaps he was inspired by his pal Miley Cyrus, who has definitely dabbled with arch lightening?). This season, Diane Kendal for Nars Cosmetics gave the models a tonal, athletic look. If you'd like to give this trend a whirl, try it out temporarily before you reach for the dye. It's pretty simple — just cover your arches with a layer of foundation and dust with setting powder. Brows be gone!

While these eyebrow adornments look painful, the hack isn't harmful at all. For the Rodarte show, James Kaliardos for Nars Cosmetics wanted to make the models look punk (mission accomplished). DIY at home by taking a faux earring like these and adhering it with eyelash glue. We recommend just doing one or two rings to look less severe.

Think of this glossy, wet style as a step up from brow gel. While you may not want to smear Vaseline all over your face for that just-showered look, adding a bit more sheen to your arches will make them look polished (kind of like how hair gel does the same for your strands). While Diane Kendal for Nars Cosmetics went heavy on the shiny stuff for Thakoon, you can get a less obvious version by first brushing your arches and then going over them with Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Skin Protectant ($21) applied with your fingers. It will give your face frames that extra je ne sais quoi.
