kose is actually a japanese brand, but there are definitely a lot of good korean brands for skincare and sheetmasks in particular. You can get them stateside by ordering from sites like evecare and imomoko, and you can get them at lower prices from sasa (although it will take longer to ship from hong kong). depending on where you live, you can also find them locally if you have a chinatown/koreatown/japantown part of the city where shops would sell them. Daiso, Mitsuwa, and similar shops sell masks and other skincare/hair care/makeup from overseas.

I imagine you will have to get these in Japan which is where the Kose brand is from! Japanese products are also quiet popular in other Asian countries so you might be lucky to find it in neighboring countries.
