Get The Most From Your Makeup: Body Wash

Here's a great little trick for when you are traveling and you forget to bring your favorite shampoo with you. Have no fear, body wash is here to save the day! Just take a little bit of body wash/shower gel, lather it into your hair and rinse. If you can get your hands on a moisturizing body wash, that's even better because it will act as a subtle conditioner as well. While this is not ideal for very dry or color-treated hair, one or two washes shouldn't do any damage.

I'm going to try that Philosphy 3-in 1, sounds like a good product.

I agree, I always pack Philosophy 3-in-1's when I travel...they smell great and are extra moisturizing. They make my hair soft too.

I love Philosophy! But Sugar...maybe a different type of body wash? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that a body acne cleanser? :)

I use Philosophy's 3-in-1 shampoo, body wash and bubble bath (comes in tons of yummy-smelling scents). It doesn't dry out my hair any more than any other shampoo!

Yea it would majorly dry my hair too...

I guess in a bind this would work, but I guess I'd be weary of it drying out my hair.
