Gym Bag Beauty Essentials

What to Pack in the Perfect Gym Bag

At the gym, your first focus is on fitness, not your appearance. So instead of primping, focus on preventing future issues like breakouts or bad B.O. Pack your gym bag with these essentials — along with hair ties that won't leave creases — and everything should work out quite nicely.

The gym is probably not the first place to think about your beauty regime. But a pesky break out or sore feet can be the result of a work out session. Instead of worrying about body odor, blemishes, and cracked heels, focus on your fitness with these five gym duties essentials. First things first, it might seem obvious but hair has oil which can ultimately clog pores and cause breakouts, which nobody wants. So be sure to properly tie back your hair every time you hit the gym. We really like these hair ties from Sephora, because they don't leave creases in your hair. So they're perfect if you hit the gym before work or if you have evening plans after your workout. You've heard it time and time again to remove your make up before you hit the gym so you don't get clogged pores. although there's plenty of make-up I'd like to choose from, I really like these from formula ten zero six, because they're very soothing, because it has cucumber, so it won't dry out your face Neutrogena's Body Clear body spray is perfect to carry in your gym bag if you suffer from body acne. When your gym clothes rub against your skin, it can cause blemishes but this has salicylic acid, a common acne fighter, and it sprays upside down. So it gets all of those hard to reach places, like your back. For best results, apply this to clean under any area of your body where your clothes might rub or apply it after the shower to prevent post-workout breakout. It's totally normal to sweat at the gym, but if you feel like you're sweating buckets and don't want to, I recommend trying Certain Dry. Now this is an antiperspirant and it has an ingredient called aluminum-chloride. So it'll last 72 hours and it goes on clear so you don't have to worry about it rubbing off on your clothes. To use it, just put it on at night before you go to bed so it'll activate and be ready for your next workout session but be ware. If you shave your underarms and put this on, it's going to burn. Now I know you may never suffer from stinky feet, but if you know someone who does try Gold Bond's Foot Cream. Tennis Shoes typically don't have a lot of breathing room, which can lead to stinky shoes and stinky feet. And this actually deodorizes. It also has menthol in it, so it smells great, and it's soothing to really sore feet. Plus, it's super moisturizing, so it will keep your feet soft in between pedicures. Now you have all you need to keep refreshed, before and after, your trip to the gym. I'm Kirby, and thanks for watching BellaSugar TV.
