haha they don't sell rubbing alcohol in the UK :D I wanted to do this and I just got a weird look from various pharmacies. they tried to sell me some cough syrup instead :)))

Bellas, just so you know, you can't repair matte or very finely milled powders with just alcohol because there isn't anything to bind the minerals together. If you have matte/minerals/pigments, you'll have to use something like BioSilk, glycerin, or a MAC's mixing medium(sold in MAC pro stores).
