hi, i dyed my hair black caboa which is pretty much kind dark red on friday sept 9 and sept 10 ive showered everyday ever since but every time i shower as soon as the water hits my hair a lot of the dye comes off as if it weer the first time it hasnt stopped since...can these tips help me stop that or should i try something more agressive? thanks

Hi @alakay2010. Did you dye your hair at home? These tips will definitely help it last longer. If you used an at-home dye, I wouldn't be too concerned with it rinsing out each time you wash unless the actual color is fading quickly too. If you got it done at the salon, I would contact them and tell them what's happening.

Hi there @girlfunmusic. When he says gentle shampoos, he's talking about ones made specifically for colored hair, but also those that are sulfate-free. Just because they are less harsh on hair. Hope that helps!

What are some examples of "gentle" shampoos? Also, I'd like to know where he stands on sulfate-free vs. not sulfate free? tx!

Hi Andrea81. You mean after you color your hair at home? If so, then yup, just rinse it out until the water runs clear. :)

Thank u for the tips they are, Good but just one question how are u suppose to take of the coloring formula after applying it? just wash it with water?
