Hi! I am Carlene. I am hair care expert. I'd like to share with you 12 tips to grow your hair faster. Read my tips below!     1. Remember to always keep your hair in good condition at all times. Make it a habit to visit your hair stylist regularly and have your hair trimmed. Regular trims eliminate split ends which can cause your hair to grow slower.     2. Avoid using products with harsh chemicals since it will cause weakness and slower growth.     3. Use a good quality hairbrush, particularly one that has rounded bristles. A good hairbrush helps in the distribution of the hair’s natural oils.     4. When brushing, tilt your hair forward and start brushing from the roots to the tips. This helps in the distribution of natural oils and can also help in scalp stimulation.     5. Cut down on consuming products filled with alcohol, caffeine, drugs, and nicotine. They can make your hair grow dry or greasy.     6. Keep your body healthy by supplying it with vitamins and minerals and your hair will be healthy as well. Keeping your body healthy has good effects on the hair     7. Try not to get stressed too much as it is proven that too much stress can contribute to hair fall.     8. Try to have a good lifestyle. Get enough sleep, drink adequate amounts of water, and never skip a meal. An unhealthy lifestyle can have negative effects on your hair’s health.     9. As long as it is prescribed by a licensed dermatologist, you can try taking vitamins and other oral supplements which can help in the growth of hair. Multivitamins are also a good option.     10. Massage natural oils into your scalp once a week to promote the growth of hair follicles. Coconut oil is proven to have a good effect on hair and help in promoting growth. You can also try jojoba, almond, and olive oil.     11. Washing hair every day is not recommended as it can strip away the hair’s natural oils. You can try washing your hair every other day to avoid this.     12. Never, ever forget to condition your hair everyday. Choose a conditioner with mild ingredients. The best choice would be one which contains aloe vera extracts and Vitamins C and E. You can also opt to visit your salon to have a hot oil treatment every once in a while. You may also get yourself a store-bought treatment and apply it on your hair at home.     *And Finally, If you have 2 minutes - I will share you my story "How I Make My Hair Grow Faster, Longer, Thicker and More Beautiful in 15 Days".
