How Often Do You Change Your Pillowcase?

I have a friend who has impeccable skin. No really, she has the kind of skin that prompts strangers to approach her in public and inquire about her skincare regimen. She's always very modest, thanks him or her, and then describes her routine. It's nothing mind-blowing — she's likely blessed with good genes, she just cleanses, tones, and moisturizes (with sunscreen) — but her secret, she swears, is that she changes her pillowcase nightly.

Now that seems a little extreme to me, and not very environmentally friendly, but her skin is amazing, and maybe the proof is in the pudding. So tell me, are you a frequent changer, like my friend, or do you linger in between washes?

I actually change/wash my sheets weekly, but I have two different pillows that I alternate. I use one for 3-4 days and then switch to the other.

I change them up every month or so but I also sleep on my back and my face rarely ever touches the pillow so I don't feel the need to change it that often.

This is gonna sound gnarly but I change my bed clothes when they start to smell a little sweaty. Which is usually once a month or so. I usually end up using my blanket as a pillow and that gets changed or rotated weekly

I sleep on my stomach, so I don't use my pillow that much, but it actually makes sense. Good idea! Let's see how long I can keep it up.

Seriously, I have horrible acne scars on the sides of my face from pillows. Not from pillows itself, but from the oils. It's not even my face so much as all my hair that grosses me out. I should wash them everyday. I for sure know it would help.

Weekly change the sheets for our family. I can't see doing this nightly. If you flip the pillow and rotate it you can get away with 4 nights easily  "Yearly", seriously? I am cringing at just the thought of those beds-eek.

I change my sheets & pillow cases weekly when I do my laundry. I think daily is overkill, but that's just me. And I HOPE that the people who chose yearly are joking.
