In Asia, Jill Stuart's beauty products have a cult following. Alas, we Americans have only been able to enjoy the fragrance here in the States — until March, when 20 to 30 pieces of the collection launch in America. The 140-piece line, which includes everything from nail polish remover to cleansing oil, hit Japanese shelves in 2005 and has expanded to Taiwan and Hong Kong. In America, prices are expected to range from $15 to $50.
