It's not often I have time to luxuriate in a spa treatment, so I've found ways to cheat. The Karuna Renewal Eye Mask ($36) is one of my favorite ways to indulge with an at-home spa day. Each sheet is supersaturated with antioxidants like mushroom extract and red seaweed. There is also sweet broom extract to deflate puffy bags and brighten dark circles. But the big antiaging star in these masks are the peptides.
The shape curves to your eye so that you can get close to your lower lash line. I keep my mask in the refrigerator for added cooling and capillary-constricting effects. Then, I add a clay mask on the rest of my face for a two-pronged treatment. Once you remove the pads, you can just rub in any excess product like eye cream. Light the candles, queue up the Yanni playlist, and lay back for 20 minutes (or fall asleep and make it an overnight treatment, like me). It's also the perfect solution to reviving tired eyes at the end of a red-eye flight. Ignore the inquisitive stares from your neighbors. They're just jealous.
