It's that time of year again: Kiehl's annual LifeRide for amfAR kicks off this Wednesday, July 31. The nine-day ride will start in Seattle and swing down to LA, making stops along the way to raise money for AIDS research. Famous faces like John Corbett, Gilles Marini, and Sharon Stone will be participating, and Kiehl's is making it easy for its customers to get involved, too.
As the motorcycle tour winds its way down the coast, it will be stopping at Kiehl's locations, and if you visit one of those stores on the day the convoy is in town, you'll receive 15 percent off your entire purchase. Kiehl's will then donate that 15 percent to amfAR, up to a $125,000 donation. Don't live on the West Coast? Kiehl's will be offering that same 15-percent discount at stores nationwide on Aug. 10 and 11. The brand is also introducing its Limited Edition Ultimate Strength Hand Salve ($29), in stores and online, with 100 percent of the profits going to amfAR. A bevy of social media initiatives are also taking place, so make sure to check the official Kiehl's/amfAR website for more information. That's one motorcycle convoy we'd love to jump on.
