Kristen Stewart's Hair at the Breaking Dawn Premiere

Get Kristen Stewart's Breaking Dawn Premiere Hairstyle

Breaking Dawn Part 1 opens in theaters this Friday, and last night the film's stars gathered together for the official Hollywood premiere. And in keeping with her cool-girl form, Kristen Stewart's go-to stylist, Adir Abergel, chose an intricate updo with plenty of edge. It's definitely more of an advanced look to re-create at home, but to learn Abergel's step-by-step instructions on getting Kristen's twisted, tousled hairstyle, just keep reading.

  • Abergel started by applying Fekkai Bouffant Lifting and Texturizing Spray Gel to Kristen's roots to build texture, followed by the brand's Oceanique Tousled Wave Spray throughout the remainder of the hair. He then rough-dried Kristen's entire hair to develop a texturized base.
  • Next, he took random strands and used them to create regular braids, fishtail braids, and twists of varying sizes. The top of the hair was left loose.
  • All of the hair (except for the top portion) was gathered in the back; Abergel knotted and twisted it to form an updo.
  • To finish, Abergel backcombed the front of Kristen's hair for volume. He then gathered it back and pinned it into place. A few spritzes of Fekkai Sheer Hold Hair Spray completed the contemporary style.
