Lorde Slams Photoshopping and Shows Image of Her Acne

Lorde Slams Photoshopping and Shares Image of Her Acne

If you're someone struggling with acne, it can be reassuring to know that even the most famous faces deal with it, too (just watch any Proactiv commercial). Though Lorde is just 17 — an age when pimples grace most faces — it's empowering that the Grammy-winning teen is OK with her imperfect skin. She took to Twitter to share this photo with her fans, calling out an unnamed publication for photoshopping her skin to remove her acne. The comments from her countless fans prove that they love her just as much with her zits and all. But we want to know what you think: Was it brave for Lorde to reveal the split photos? Or is retouching images the norm now? After all, most of us subtly do it when we filter our photos on Instagram. Debate below!
