To raise awareness of the issue, Lush is donating all proceeds from its new Wild Rose Country bath bomb ($5.95) to Rainforest Action Network in support of its tar sands campaign. Inspired by Alberta's provincial flower, the bergamot- and rose-scented fizzer was the focus of events held yesterday at 103 Lush stores. Employees volunteered to strip down to nothing but oil barrels, handing out leaflets to encourage customers to take action against the controversial oil production. (And yes, guys joined in, too.) Today, the clothes are back on, but the bath bomb is available everywhere — so consider treating yourself to a bath while contributing to a very good cause.
