MAC Beauty Powder Blush in Enough Said

A Winter Bronzer Alternative

If you're like me, my regular bronzer is starting to look a little muddy on my lighter features. Dirty-looking face? Um, no thanks. A few weeks ago, I asked you if you wear bronzer in the winter, and the majority of you agreed. It's yes to bronzer all year.

I typically change my foundation to a softer tone in the winter, and from now on, I'll be changing my bronzer, too, after discovering MAC Beauty Powder Blush in Enough Said ($18). It's the perfect shimmery light bronze with gold pearl — wonderful for brightening and giving dimension to the face, without an obvious, "I'm wearing bronzer, people" kind of finish. How about you? Do you have a go-to winter bronzer, too?

my skin's too fair for bronzer, blushes have always been sooo much better for me. I like Covergirl's Cheekers blush in Snow Plum or Classic Pink year round...such a good product and cheap. :) Also, I LOVE Benefit's original Benetint stain.

If there is a bronzer out there that goes with people who have to pick the 'alabaster' shade of make-up I'd probably try it. Until then... I'm SOL.

There's very few bronzers that I've tried and liked enough to use regularly...one is a gel bronzer by Clinique and it's fabulous. The other is by Neutrogena, it's creates a faint bronze glow that looks totally natural on fair-skinned girls.

Me too, I use the Mac Mineral Stuff. So sad that it was for a limited time only. I should have stocked up on the stuff. Its really pretty. Love it all year round.

For my pasty white face, I am fan of MAC's Mineralized Skin Finish in Warm Soul. So pretty and light. I love Beauty Powders too. My fave drugstore one for us pasties is L'Oreal True Match is W1 (I think it is called Warm Honey, but I might be lying), it is nice and matte. :)

I love Nars Laguna Beach. And I do use it year round. In the summer I us it on my forehead and jawline as well as cheekbones. In winter, I only use it on my cheeks.

I pass on the bronzer in the winter, I stick with a nice shade f blush but in the summertime I surely use a little bronzer. I'm pretty fair so it's tough to find the "perfect" shade.
