Hi there! Alison McNamara here. Today I sat down with Miranda Kerr, who broke down her daily beauty routine and gave me a few beauty tips that she has picked up over the years. So tell me a little bit about your daily beauty routine. Now being a mother, I don't have as much time to kind of spend on my skin, you know. But the thing is, I've got my care line and what I like to do as a minimum is a three step, you know, cleanse, tone, and moisturize. Then I like to put a mask on. I'll put like the purifying mask down the middle and the hydrating around the outside so that you have a glow and I like to wear rosy glow at night. Rosehip oil is full of, I mean, that many antioxidants and it just really works on a cellular level to rejuvenate the skin and if I put that on and I wake up glowing. And it's really good if you have any scarring. I mean, it just gives your skin a glow. You've traveled the world and I feel like you've been, you were born in Australia travel for modeling. Are there any beauty tricks that you have learned along the way from makeup artists or cultures? You know, to give yourself a little bit of a glow, you can put a little bit of lip balm around here, so it brightens a little bit. I've had my eyelashes curled with a spoon. You can curl it with a spoon if you don't have an eyelash curler. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Yeah. Body brushing is also a really good body, make-up tip, to keep the lymphatic system flowing, so it's a dry brush... OK. You can get it, you know, from the health food store, you brush you body with it, you know, you can do it before or after the shower. I like do it after the shower it makes your skin super smooth. Clearly Miranda is doing something right. Make sure to keep her beauty tips in mind. I'm Allison MacNamara and I will see you next time.
