This is a smart spot, but there's nothing even mildly amusing smoking can actually do to your health and beauty. Smoking increases wrinkles, causes blood vessels to shrink, stains your teeth, and generally does a nasty number on your complexion. (And no, light cigarettes aren't any better.) So if you've been needing yet another reason to quit smoking—or to never start—I think this "ad" is a good one.
