When Paris cut her hair in 2008, HairTech International alleges, she wore another brand's extensions. Worse yet, they say, her pot-smoking case in South Africa and three-week jail stint in 2007 damaged the brand's sales. Paris's lawyers say there is "no merit" to the case, which may be true. After all, most of you said you wouldn't buy Paris's extensions anyway. Think there's a case, or is this a frivolous lawsuit?
