Um, why is there only one 'character' shot there... come on, really? I'd say less is more unless you aren't blessed with natural mainstream beauty. Gisele, Aguilera, Aniston, Biel, Diaz, or Sheridan. Those types with asymmetrical and offbeat features absolutely need some to a lot of help.

I actually like Angelina Jolie with the darker lipstick, but she's the only one. But why does "less" seem to mean "none"? Christina Applegate has way too much makeup in one picture and then looks like she rolled out of bed in the other. I also hate Eva Longoria's recent hairstyles.

I think I'll always prefer a "less is more" approach when it comes to beauty...I like natural-looking makeup.
