Salvador Dali Perfumes

Hello, Dali

Lots of people love Surrealism, particularly the work of the (in)famous Salvador Dali. But fewer people know that the iconic artist and provocateur also designed fragrances. Back in the '40s and '50s, Dali created a number of scents for the advertising and fashion design industries that were, like everything the man did, uniquely his. The artist's first scent, Salvador Dali, launched in 1983. While he passed away in 1989, his fragrance house still lives on, and you can smell of lobster telephones and pin-legged elephants whenever you wish. In fact, Dali's museum has a whole passel of the fragrances, and expect to see the launch of a new scent, Laguna Maravilla, later this month. Check out the widget below to see a few more of Dali's offerings. Would you be interested in smelling one of these artistic fragrances?
