warm/ hot washcloth for a minute or so at a time, follow with a sulfur mask like ddf as a spot treatment works for me :) I bought a Zeno when they first came out.. After finding my why of doing my treatments, I feel ripped off lol

This is going to sound crazy but I set my straightener on low heat and repeatedly (and gently) press it against my zit. I don't do it for long, just like dabs of small amounts of heat. It does the trick and it's cheap...
