Apply a clear base coat — the key to a floating nail art look .
Step 2: Top Hat
With a thin paint brush and OPI's Amazon Amazoff nail polish  ($8), trace an outline of a top hat on your thumb. Then fill it in with the same color.
With OPI's Eurso Euro nail polish  ($8), create a thick stripe on the hat.
Using a thin brush dipped in OPI's Need Sunglasses nail polish  ($7), draw a square on the blue stripe to be the buckle.
Outline the top hat in OPI's Sprung nail polish  ($5), and draw a line across it make it look three dimensional.
Step 6: Four-Leaf Clover
Paint an outline of a four-leaf clover on your ring and index fingers and fill them in with OPI's Amazon Amazoff nail polish.
Using the thin paint brush and OPI's Green-wich Village nail polish  ($6), draw stripes inside one of the four-leaf clovers.
With a toothpick and the same light green polish, paint dots on the other four-leaf clover.
Afters, use Essie's Crocadilly nail polish  ($11) to outline the four-leaf clovers.
Step 10: Beer Mug
Dip your thin brush into OPI's Alpine Snow nail polish  ($5) to create the outline of the beer foam, and then fill it in.
OPI's Need Sunglasses nail polish and a thin brush are your tools to outline the beer mug and fill it in.
Use a toothpick and OPI's Alpine Snow to make a few bubbles on the beer mug. Add a small clover on the bottom right corner of the beer mug with OPI's Amazon Amazoff nail polish.
Outline the mug and foam with a thin brush and OPI's Sprung nail polish.
Using the thin paint brush and OPI's Need Sunglasses nail polish, paint an outline of a horseshoe and fill it in.
Dip a toothpick in Alpine Snow to make dots on the horseshoe.
Trace a small clover on the bottom right corner of the horseshoe with a thin paint brush and OPI's Amazon Amazoff nail polish. Outline the horseshoe with the thin brush and OPI’s Sprung nail polish.
Apply a top coat, and get ready to receive compliments on your kitschy St. Patrick’s Day nail art!
