Swarovski Crystal Contact Lenses

Would You Wear These Swarovski Crystal Contacts?

From perfume bottles to bandages, you can find Swarovski crystals on just about anything — even these Swarovski crystal contact lenses. The unique contacts, which were created by Anthony Mallier, were designed for a contest held by Swarovski and Designboom in 2008. We've seen lots of crazy-looking contacts on the market, from teardrop contacts to St. Paddy's Day shamrocks. These bejeweled contacts aren't actually for sale, but if they were, would you wear them?

That looks painful and sounds incredibly unhealthy. The eyes I have are the only ones I ever will... I'm going to take care of them, not scratch them up in the name of Swarovski. And even if they were okay for use, I think it would look silly. There are natural ways to make your peepers twinkle ;)

Well, I was assuming that they would be approved for use and NOT damaging to the eye in any way... THEN I would wear them... obviously NOT if they would screw up my eyes! Lol
