There's a heart-fluttering feeling when someone hands you a Tiffany & Co. gift. The iconic robin-egg-blue box tied up with a white sash conjures excitement about holiday decadence and celebrations. This classic package is so chic, it inspired us to dream up what we are dubbing Tiffany & Co. liner.

"I used Pure White Chromacake with a #210 Precise Eyeliner Brush to draw the bow Aqua eye shadow," Rabanal said of his technique. "Add a bit of Black Black Chromacake to your mix to contour the ribbon and add depth. A little Smolder eye kohl makes the eyes pop. Using Duo Eyelash Adhesive, I applied some Swarovski crystals in a flattering design for the eye shape."
