Where I work there are always free passes to movie screenings in the break room. It's kind of nice.

Gym/yoga classes, definitely. I'm lucky my job does come with a lot of perks though - I work for a national art gallery, so I get free entry to any national exhibition in the UK, I can borrow passes that get me into any historic place for free (and these two also work for anyone who's with me). Plus I get the same health insurance and pension as civil servants. :)

If my office was paying for my internet connection I'd probably feel even more like I have to work all the time that I'm out of the office. They cover my cell phone now and I get my email on it so I'm never too far away... I would feel like I had no excuse not to work all night when I'm at home.

At my mom's job they offer free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That's of course if it's between her working hours, but wow! I wish my job offered those things.

Internet! One less bill to pay for!

We have a gym at work. No classes but several cardio machines & weights. It's nice to have as a backup when i work late or can't get to my other gym. We also have lunch once, sometimes twice a week. The food isn't that great. I voted internet at home. I work from home a lot so it would be nice if they covered it.

I would love free tickets to events... I don't pay much for my gym, so that expense doesn't bother me too much. And the boss pays for all our midday snacks and dinner if you stay after 8 pm.

We have an in-house gym and various yoga/dance/aerobics/etc. classes where I work. I've taken a few of the fitness classes but usually don't have time to indulge. I do appreciate the existence value, though.

Definitely a toss up between wanting free exercise classes and free tickets to events. I live in a fun super-cultural city, and there are so many concerts/shows/museum exhibits that I don't always get the chance to see! I absolutely would not want the paid internet -- that's just a sneaky excuse to get me to work when I'm at home.

I work at a Y, so I already have the exercise part. I would love a free lunch once a week, though.

I love the idea of having on-site gym or exercise class...free! There are quite a few companies who give incentives for employees to stay healthy, lowering the costs of health care. Providing a no-cost opportunity to stay fit is a win-win.

My old job had free yoga. Too bad the job itself was awful :(

I would love it if my employer payed for a cell phone with a data plan! I do get copies of review books that my boss doesn't want. I get so many I don't have time to read them all!

I said the exercise classes!! I work for a broadband Internet company, so we all already have free Internet at home.

I am so lucky at my workplace we employ a full time cook. She cooks us lunch everyday and bakes the best snacks. And it is such a perk for our clients too.

My company introduced exercise classes in the spring. I was really surprised because this is a progressive move from a not-very-progressive company. The classes are pretty good - it's a mix of yoga, pilates, toning and aerobics, with a bellydancing class mixed in every once in a while. But we keep hearing that attendance is down and certain classes might get canceled, so not everyone appreciates it as much as I do!

My company has free soda and they cater our lunches quite a bit but not on a set schedule. Frankly, in these times, I'm just glad to have a well-paid job to come to every day, get a paycheck every two weeks, and have a fairly low co-pay to visit the doctor.

I definitely would love my company to pay for my home internet connection! My boss already pays for my cell phone, so I shouldn't complain...lol.

definitely an onsite gym. Or even just showers, so I could go for a run during my lunch break and shower and be purty for work. :)

I have all everything but the free internet at home so I chose that!

I would love a gym at my office! I get some perks, but they are only ones that also benefit my office --- like they pay for my blackberry and service, so they can reach me/bug me all the time.

I went for the snacks too - as long as they'd be healthy, organic ones. I could get an internet subsidy from my dude's job ($10/month, woohoo) and there are free yoga classes at my job(weird instructor, inconvenient and uncomfortable location, not that challenging since most of the class is newbies every time), so I feel like there are ways to really dampen the thrill of any of these perks. In a few weeks I finally get to exercise my favorite perk here - flex time!

I went for the food. I have some great work perks though ... as I work for a huge and well-known publishing house, we get two free books a day, free tickets to exhibitions at museums, and on-site yoga classes (for a small fee).
