Anne Hathaway dishes on getting into fighting shape for Catwoman. Hi I'm Allie Merriam. Ann Hathaway started her Dark Knight Rises press tour and she's talked about fighting, fitness, and even her upcoming marriage. Get the details in today's PopSugar Rush. What a year. It's a good one, isn't it? Anne wore Steve Erdem dress to talk with the Today Show's Matt Lauer about her exciting year. She has a wedding to plan with fiancee Adam Shulman, as well as big roles in The Dark Knight Rises, and Les Miserables. Anne had to get into fighting shape to play Catwoman, AKA Selina Kyle, and she actually ended up surprising herself. But they didn't say lose weight, they said get strong. I love the fighting. Turns out I really like to kick. Anne 's a huge fan of Batman and decided to work with Batman himself, Christian Bale, as well as director Christopher Nolan. Well, I had a total fan moment the first time he'd just spoken about in that voice I just, like, kind of giggled. You can't trust Chris Nolan, and you can't trust the people working on this movie, I don't know who can trust. The admiration is mutual for Christopher and He told Access Hollywood that he thought she did such a great job as Catwoman Anne and the character deserve their own spin-off. She's an incredible character and I think people would be very excited to see her. She certainly deserves it, she is incredible. Anne's press tour also took her to the Late Show last night, she wore a fringed Stella McCartney dress to tape an interview that airs tonight despite all the work, Anne still found time to fit in some fun. Anne hit the town Tuesday to attend the premier of "Shut Up and Play the Hits" with her fiance, Adam. It's a documentary about the last show ever from the band LCD Sound System. The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters next Friday, July 20th. I'm Allie Merriam, thanks for watching.
