Hey there, I'm Karli Bulnes. Beyoncé and Blue Ivy enjoy two mother-daughter outings while Jay is away in Texas. It's all in today's PopSugar Rush. A bespectacled Beyoncé carries baby Blue Ivy close while walking around New York City on both Monday and Tuesday, with Baby Blue wearing adorable Marc Jacobs flats during her outing today! The new mom and her two-month-old little girl are home in NYC as dad Jay-Z was in Bey's home state of Texas for the annual South by Southwest music festival on Monday. Nevertheless, the famous father and rapper made it clear his two ladies were on his mind during his 75 minute set in Austin — Jay performed "Glory," the song that features his daughter and that he wrote just days after her birth, and he dedicated it to all the moms and dads in the audience. “All the parents in the house make some noise one time. That might be the first parent shout-out at a rap show!” Fans said Jay was all smiles and told the crowd he was feeling a lot of love. The night before this show, Jay was spotted with his wife watching a performance by The Dream in NYC.
