Beyoncé Knowles put in some hours at Coney Island yesterday, first taking time to let loose and relax, and later filming what looked like a new music video. In the evening, Beyoncé filmed dance scenes with a huge crowd on the beach; she also donned a bow and brandished a big inflatable baseball bat. Beyoncé was all smiles (and screams) earlier in the day while riding the famous Cyclone roller coaster at Coney Island in Brooklyn. She sported multiple gold chains and even showed some neighborhood pride with a Notorious B.I.G. snapback. She was joined on the ride by her close friend and fashion stylist Ty Hunter, as well as a group of dancers that have been traveling with her on the Mrs. Carter World Tour.
Beyoncé is likely squeezing in a little fun with her crew before heading to Philadelphia for the second annual Made in America festival this weekend. She'll be hitting the stage along with her sister, Solange. Jay Z is also the festival's founder and while he is not scheduled to make an appearance, a cameo during Beyoncé's set seems likely. Beyoncé recently wrapped up the US leg of her tour and will be heading overseas in early September. In the meantime, she took to her blog this week to share emotional footage from her backstage meet-and-greets with fans.
