Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill are decked out in all black on the cover of New York Magazine's latest issue. The Moneyball costars chatted with the publication about the difficulty of getting the movie made and what ultimately drew them to the project. Brad's since switched gears to film World War Z overseas, but he'll soon hit the red carpet to show off the movie, which is being released on Sept. 23 after years in the making. Here's more from Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill in NY Mag:
- Brad on getting the movie made: "There were some hard days. I don't mind the struggle as long as the work amounts to something in the end."
- Brad on Jonah Hill: "Jonah's a revelation in this thing—he's a study in reserve. I think the most interesting work that's been going on in the last couple of years is what the comedy guys have been doing."
- Jonah on identifying with his character's obsessiveness: "It's what we do all the time about movies—we analytically sh*t-talk everybody's strengths and weaknesses! Everybody I know does that. So that was my in."
