Cameron Diaz Has Big Plans For Your Body

Cameron Diaz stopped by Good Morning America on Monday to promote her new healthy living tome, The Body Book. The actress and new author sat down with Robin Roberts to talk up her "informative, not instructional" book, which covers everything from nutrition facts and aging gracefully to helpful tips on loving your body. She told Robin, "This book is not about my body. This is for other woman; this is for everyone." Cameron shared a similar sentiment when she showed off the first copy of The Body Book in a makeup-free social media snap, telling fans, "LADIES!! I wrote this book for YOU and YOUR BODY.. And I'm so excited to share it with you!!" Most recently, Cameron made news when quotes from her book regarding female pubic hair hit the Internet. The star wrote that "permanent laser hair removal sounds like a crazy idea," adding, "Pubic hair also serves as a pretty draping that makes it a little mysterious to the one who might be courting your sexiness."

In addition to touting her new project, Cameron made sure to have some fun with the other GMA guests. She got a bit starstruck when she ran into Girls star Lena Dunham and shared a photo of the two on Instagram, saying, "Look who I ran into this morning at GMA! The raddest, the most talented, the most radiant!!" And in true Cameron fashion, she showed off her best duck face in a silly snap with the newest star of The Bachelor, Juan Pablo Galavis.
