Channing Tatum's real-life experience as an exotic dancer gets a fictionalized retelling in Magic Mike, which also features the talents of Matthew McConaughey, Matt Bomer, and Joe Manganiello, to name a few. We recently caught up with Channing and Matthew at a press day for the film in LA. Matthew admitted that his now-wife Camila Alves McConaughey initially "laughed" when he told her he'd be playing a strip club owner in the movie, but clearly, Matthew was serious about the role. In fact, he and Channing talked about doing research with a night out at an all-male strip club outside New Orleans! Check out our interview to hear more from the guys on perfecting their moves and the moment Matthew lost his thong at the hands of an extra. Magic Mike hits theaters on June 29.
