I never liked him because all he was good at was "talking"...and no experience to show...and I know a thing or two about "talkers": that it translate to BSI never for one minute believed he was sincere in his campaign and it scared me a lot because no one will know his true intentions for reaching the highest office in America until it may be too late for us to react/I really hope he proves me wrong but I highly doubt it...I just don't feel that this country will the same anymore in terms of freedom of speeches, national security, etcI will the old USA!

I think it's too early to judge how well or poorly Obama will do in light of his election. We are facing very difficult times aside from the economy and war--the country is more divided than ever before. I agree that all Presidents have and will make mistakes, but I think it's a little early to bash him and insinuate how he'll be "bringing socialism and Godless Europeanized America." I've seen and heard a lot of positive feedback from the rest of the world regarding his election, but I'm sure there are those who disagree. Everyone is entitled to their opinions--that's part of the greatness of this country.

Bush like all Presidents had mistakes but Im also thankful to Bush and all our heroes that after 9-11 our nation was never attacked again. Many forget that. Its so obvious Obama is appointing people that are not right for the jobs but its his payback to them due to their huge donations on his campaign seeing some Jews(the Jews in Chicago and Hollywood gave him lots of money), the Clintons backed him up so now he is appointing the same Clinton people responsible for higher taxes and White Water scandal, Villagrosa the Ca.mayor seems to be rewarded because he rallied all the hispanics for Obama in New Mexico. The troops are right they want McCain because he is the real Cmdr.in Chief who is like them and understands them not a politician at Washington like Obama and Biden.

Im regretting now too and just because he's a good speaker does not make him a great leader. He is not bringing change when his appointed people are from the corrupt Clinton cabinets too. He is bringing socialism and Godless Europeanized America. He needs lots of prayers upon seeing the news and Secret Service that his code name is RENEGADE because he will be the most heavily guarded President in U.S. history. He is getting many threats and the evil axis Venezuela,Palestine Iran are already challenging him.His many supporters are not helping his safety when they keep up the mantra of Black Power. Many of us didnt vote for him because he is black but because of the economy troubles.Im discouraged when he might appoint that stupid mayor from California as his Economic adviser.

Barack winning the presidency was truly a happy and monumental occasion! His speech was perfect and very touching and optimistic. I love when his beautiful daughters and wife joined him on stage. I loved when the camera zoomed into the audience capturing the joy on peoples' faces, of different races cheering and showing their support for Barack. I'm more optimistic now, and could see optimism on all the people there witnessing Barack 's faces. Change is here, now all we have to do in this country, is keep it here.

Im really excited for Obama! I am having a hard time with the people who are not even a little appreciative that Bush is on his way out. Is Obama really that bad? If McCain had won, I would have been disappointed but I wouldnt be bashing him. This situation is like the Red Sox's and Yankees. Red Sox fans are out of control. If the Sox's win, they rub it on our faces. If the Yankees win they freak out! Its about being humble. Lets all chill and be glad we have a new fresh face in office :)

All the best to him and America :D! will continue to pray for him and the States. Last thing needed is anymore war-mongers! but like he said, not every decision he makes everyone will agree with, just like with anyone else. People will talk their talk like they always do but that's where they live and should pray and wish the best for those that lead them. This is historic no matter how others would want it to appear as nothing, a miracle indeed because no one would have ever thought this would happen. Never cry your country down nor those that lead it that try to make it better bit by bit. Others that talk about his policies and what's moral and all that crap should really shut up and open their eyes to what's been going on around them for years and they didn't get on as they should. He is not saying things have to be a way...he is just saying others shouldn't have to be penalized for what they do or what they are, many should be the last to judge. Hypocritical indeed....i'll leave it at that! It has already started and hope it should continue..the way how others see America and view Americans...in a different and positive light, for decades many around the world have escaped from their own country for betterment, those whose great great grand parents and even further from that and now their offsprings can call themselves AMERICAN. America was thought to be a haven for those of whatever ethnicity/culture/religious beliefs etc. (like it or not)that wished to better their lives & really and truly it has not been as sweet as their believed....let it go back to that belief..a safe haven for all those that suffer in one way or another and a more tolerable, just, understanding, & happier place for those that have always been there. Start counting the blessings and many more to come.

Her dress has a fire and brimstone look to it. Oh, I suppose I should say how wonderful this election was and wish him the best. But he's already surrounding himself...not with people of change but with the same Washington types that Clinton had -- not that that's bad but why make promises? And now, the Rev Wright has begun to resurface; saw him on tv last nite.
