Her friends bought her a cake with a photo from Win a Date With Tad Hamilton! on top, in which Josh is showing off a smoldering look in only jeans. "Thank u for my dope bday cake!!!!! LOL #tadhamilton," Fergie [4] captioned the Instagram pic. But her sweet treats didn't stop there. She also shared a pic of a second cake that featured her son, Axl, holding a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!" sign, writing, "My cake from my boyZ I love, Axl and Josh Duhamel. #babycakez." Last, but certainly not least, Josh also added an adorable message from him and Axl [5] on his Instagram page.
