Freddie Prinze Jr. Has Fighting Words For Kiefer Sutherland

Freddie Prinze Jr. had some disparaging things to say about his former 24 costar Kiefer Sutherland during an interview with ABC News on Monday. Apparently, acting alongside Jack Bauer in 2010 was "terrible" and part of the reason that Freddie stepped out of the spotlight and considered quitting the business entirely. He explained, "I hated every moment of it. Kiefer was the most unprofessional dude in the world," adding, "That's not me talking trash; I'd say it to his face. I think everyone that's worked with him has said that." Freddie — who is married to fellow small-screen star Sarah Michelle Gellar — also touched on his short stint with Vince McMahon at WWE, saying, "It was a crazier job than working with Kiefer. But at least [Vince] was cool and tall. I didn't have to take my shoes off to do scenes with him, which they made me do [on 24]. Just put the guy on an apple box or don't hire me next time. You know I'm 6 feet and he's 5'4."

It didn't take long before Freddie's comments made their way to Kiefer. A rep for the actor reportedly told TMZ, "Kiefer worked with Freddie Prinze Jr. more than five years ago, and this is the first he has heard of Freddie's grievances," adding, "Kiefer enjoyed working with Freddie and wishes him the best."
