Gayle King is a lot more than Oprah Winfrey's best friend — the journalist coanchors CBS This Morning and is an editor at large for O, The Oprah Magazine. Despite her hectic and often bicoastal schedule, Gayle attended The Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment breakfast at the Beverly Hills Hotel in LA on Wednesday to applaud and support Oprah as she accepted the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award. It's been a big day for Oprah, who was getting her hair and makeup done with Gayle as she found out about her Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for her critically acclaimed performance in Lee Daniels' The Butler. Gayle told us all about Oprah's reaction to the nomination and spilled the beans on the media mogul's upcoming 60th birthday bash.
