George Clooney touched down in Paris yesterday and then headed to a building in the Montparnasse neighborhood. He took off from LAX on Tuesday for this latest trip abroad, which comes after a few months spent on the London set of Gravity earlier this Summer and a vacation at his home on Italy's Lake Como. A new poster for The Ides of March is getting fans excited for the Oct. 7 release of George's latest directorial effort. George recently spoke to USA Today about the political film. He said there will be many messages in The Ides of March. "The major issues [of the movie] are some of the major issues we face every day, including questions of morality," he said. "We’re not trying to be polarizing." We'll get to see George and his hot costar Ryan Gosling side by side in just a few months, when they head to Canada and Italy to premiere the project at both the Toronto and Venice Film Festivals.
