Glee costars Chris Colfer and Naya Rivera got back to work filming for the fifth season of their hit show in LA yesterday. It was a big weekend for the stars of Glee, who took home an honor at Sunday night's Teen Choice Awards. While on stage to accept the award for choice TV show: comedy, Naya and her crew made it known that they will always remember their "brother" Cory Monteith. They were not the only ones to dedicate a moment to their former castmate, since his real-life love, Lea Michele, who won the award for choice TV actress: comedy, gave an emotional speech and addressed the show's fans, saying, "I promise that with your love, we're going to get through this together."
While Cory's sudden death left many wondering what would happen to the series, Fox executive Kevin Reilly revealed that the third episode of the season "will deal with the Finn Hudson character being written out of the show." In terms of acknowledging his drug-related passing, PSAs from the show's creator, Ryan Murphy, will air during the episode, which will feature cast members and friends speaking directly to the audience.
